8+ years of experience leading manual testing efforts, developing test plans, and managing the defect lifecycle to ensure high-quality software delivery.
Experience in Salesforce QA testing.
Create, review, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios based on functional and business requirements.
Strong knowledge of QA testing methodologies that cover all aspects of software testing, including functional testing, UI/UX testing and usability testing
Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to ensure thorough understanding of requirements.
Coordinate testing efforts across multiple teams and releases, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met
Track, log, and manage defects in JIRA, ensuring clear communication and timely resolution with development teams
Conduct root cause analysis of defects and recommend process improvements to reduce recurring issues

He/she will be in a contributing role supporting the team in test case writing and test case execution
Identify and resolve defects promptly and efficiently, working closely with development teams to ensure timely fixes

Mentor and guide junior QA team members in manual testing practices, Salesforce QA, and JIRA usag
