Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate and creative Receptionist and Admin to join our HR team.



The ideal candidate should have a solid eye for detail, excellent storytelling skills, and hands-on experience in interior photography and video production. You will be responsible for creating premium visual content that reflects our brand's quality and craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities

Experience Centre Management
Maintain the Experience Centre in showroom-ready condition at all times — displays, lighting, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Manage pantry supplies, stationery, and daily on-floor requirements; track and report related expenses.
Maintain stock of all office-use materials and raise replenishment requests before shortages occur.

Client Handling
Receive and address walk-in clients as per company SOP.
Conduct the Experience Centre tour for walk-in customers following the defined SOP, before handing over to the assigned designer.
