About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales & Operations Travel Consultant to independently manage international tour sales and operations. The role involves handling client consultations, preparing travel proposals, coordinating with global vendors, managing bookings, and ensuring seamless execution of luxury adventure tours.
The ideal candidate should possess solid knowledge of international travel operations,
excellent communication skills, commercial understanding, and the ability to work in a fast paced workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Consultation
Handle travel inquiries from domestic and international clients
Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel experiences
Prepare customized itineraries and tour proposals
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Coordinate with clients regarding payments, documentation, and confirmations
Build robust customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business
Bring revenue and expansion
Tour Operations & Execution
Independently manage end-to-end operations for international tours
Coordinate pre-tour planning, on-ground logistics, and post-tour closure
Ensure seamless execution of tours with high customer satisfaction
Act as a point of contact during tours for operational support and escalation
