Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Talent Acquisition
Manage end-to-end recruitment for restaurant and corporate positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and walk-ins.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
Schedule and manage interview calendars.
Ensure timely closure of all open positions.
