Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer with 6–9 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate should have expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions across multiple end-to-end implementations.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and customize applications on the ServiceNow platform.
Build and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
Develop and enhance workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.
Configure and implement IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP APIs, and MID Server integrations.
Develop and support ITSM modules including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Customize Service Portal using AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS3.
Work with CMDB, Discovery,



Service Mapping, and CI Class Manager.
Implement security controls including ACLs, roles, domain separation, and data policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Manage source code through Git and support CI/CD deployment processes.

Required Skills
6–9 years of ServiceNow development experience.
Solid proficiency in JavaScript and Glide APIs.
Expertise in Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs.
Hands-on experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, IntegrationHub, REST/SOAP integrations, and MID Server.
Robust knowledge of ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog).
Experience with Service Portal development (AngularJS, Bootstrap, HTML5, CSS3).
Exposure to UI Builder and Next Experience.
Positive understanding of CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapp
