Responsibilities
Develop, execute, and own end-to-end SEO strategies to drive organic growth and improve rankings across search engines and AI-powered search platforms.
Demonstrate solid knowledge of both SEO and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), including understanding of current AI and LLM-driven search algorithms.
Conduct in-depth keyword research, search intent mapping, and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Optimize on-page, technical, and off-page SEO elements to enhance website visibility and performance.
Monitor website performance using analytics and SEO tools, and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with content, design,



development, and CRM teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented across projects.
Take full ownership of assigned projects, including planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
Stay updated with search engine updates, AI search trends, and industry best practices, proactively recommending current strategies.

Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands-on SEO experience, preferably in an agency or digital-first environment.
Robust understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and evolving AI-driven search behavior.
Proficiency in Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, SEMrush/Ahrefs and other keyword research tools.
Solid knowledge of on-page, technical, and off-page SEO practices.
Experience working with CMS platforms and basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
