Role & responsibilities
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies.
Lead site sales, customer acquisition and channel partner management.
Provide commercial, operational and financial consultation to customers on behalf of the project owner.
Own the complete sales cycle from enquiry to closure.
Monitor sales funnel, revenue, inventory movement and conversions.
Build relationships with brokers, investors and institutional clients.
Prepare MIS, forecasts and management reports.
Lead and mentor the sales team while ensuring excellent customer experience.
Preferred candidate profile
10- 15 years in real estate sales leadership.
Robust Jaipur real estate market knowledge.
Excellent negotiation, leadership and communication skills.
CRM and sales analytics exposure preferred.
