Key Responsibilities
Develop and configure Rating & Billing Management (RBM) solutions.
Design and implement rating, charging, and billing workflows.
Configure product catalog, pricing plans, tariffs, discounts, and promotions.
Develop billing rules for prepaid and postpaid services.
Implement customer billing processes including invoicing and account management.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Perform customization, enhancements, and troubleshooting of billing applications.
Develop interfaces with CRM, order management, mediation, and payment systems.
Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, and issue resolution.
Perform root cause analysis for billing and rating issues.
Optimize billing processes and ensure revenue accuracy.
Prepare technical documentation and support release activities.
