Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and monitor routine household activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Schedule and follow up on utility services, maintenance requests, bill payments, and other household requirements.
Organize appointments and maintain reminders for significant household tasks.
Coordinate with domestic staff, maintenance personnel, and external service providers.
Support the planning and supervision of children's daily routines,



including coordinating schedules and ensuring activities are completed on time.
Keep household records, contact details, and important documents organized.
Monitor household supplies and coordinate replenishment when required.
Handle miscellaneous errands and administrative tasks related to household management.

Eligibility
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable spoken and written English.
Prior experience in household management, personal assistance, family office support, hospitality, or a similar coordination role is preferred.
Comfortable working in a residential environment while maintaining professional conduct.
Good organizational, communication, and follow-up skills.
Ability to handle multiple responsibilities with minimal supervision.
Solid sense of confidentiality and reliability.
