Key Responsibilities:
Gather business requirements and prepare FRDs, SOPs, and process documentation.
Coordinate with ERP developers for enhancements and implementation.
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Train end users across departments.
Support ERP operations related to manufacturing, procurement, inventory, finance, sales, and logistics.
Drive process automation and continuous ERP improvements.
Required Skills:
3+ years of ERP functional experience.
Manufacturing ERP expertise is mandatory.
Robust understanding of inventory, procurement, production, sales, finance, and logistics.
Experience in ERP implementation, customization, and user training.
Knowledge of SQL and databases is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
