Key ResponsibilitiesEnd-to-End Recruitment
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for blue-collar hiring across PAN India.
Handle recruitment from manpower requisition to onboarding.
Achieve hiring targets within defined turnaround time (TAT).
Sourcing
Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Job Hai, employee referrals, walk-ins, job fairs, and internal databases.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline.
Utilize Boolean search techniques and job portal filters to identify suitable candidates.
Job Description (JD) Creation
Prepare detailed job descriptions by understanding business requirements.
Coordinate with hiring managers to finalize role requirements, skills, qualifications, salary, location, and shift details.
Screening & Shortlisting
Conduct telephonic screening and evaluate candidates based on:
Technical skills
Educational qualifications
Relevant work experience
Current & preferred location
Current CTC, expected CTC & notice period
Communication skills
Shift flexibility and willingness to relocate
Share shortlisted profiles with hiring managers.
Stakeholder Management
Coordinate with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand Manpower Requisition Forms (MRFs).
