Cochin Packagings is looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Plastic Blown Film Manufacturing Unit.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have proven hands-on experience in:
Plastic Blown Film Extrusion Machines
Flexographic Printing Machines
Plastic Bag Making Machines
Production planning and shop floor supervision
Quality control and process optimization
Machine maintenance coordination and production team management

Eligibility
Minimum relevant experience in the plastic blown film manufacturing industry.
Robust technical knowledge of blown film extrusion and downstream converting processes.
Ability to manage production targets while maintaining quality and safety standards.
