Role & responsibilities
Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion lines and plant electrical systems.
Troubleshoot issues related to heating and cooling systems, motors, sensors, control panels, PLCs,
and VFDs.
Support smooth operation of Siemens PLC and VFD-based machines with minimum downtime.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for machine improvement and maintenance
activities.
Ability to handle Shift operation independently. Willingness to work in rotational shifts and support
emergency maintenance activity whenever required.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures, SOPs, and plant maintenance practice during the shift.
Preferred candidate profile
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.
Basic knowledge of Siemens PLC and Siemens VFD systems.
Hands-on experience in troubleshooting heating and cooling systems used in extrusion machines.
Valuable problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills with willingness to work in shifts if
required.
