Role Description This is a full time, in office Search Engine Optimization role based in the Pune Division. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for planning and executing SEO strategies to improve organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to EFL’s digital properties. Day-to-day activities include conducting keyword research, performing SEO audits, optimizing on-page elements,



and monitoring web analytics to measure performance. The role also involves managing link-building initiatives, collaborating with content and marketing teams, and staying current with search engine algorithm updates and industry best practices. The individual will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that SEO efforts align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Advanced SEO Strategy & Organic Growth Leadership (End-to-End Ownership)
Lead end-to-end SEO strategy from conceptualization to implementation, execution, and continuous optimization.
Develop and execute comprehensive on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies to drive sustainable organic traffic growth.
