We are looking for a Dispatcher with at least 6 months of experience in the US logistics industry. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a valuable understanding of dispatch operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with drivers and ensure timely pickup and delivery of loads.
Communicate with brokers, carriers, and drivers to manage daily operations.
Monitor shipments and provide regular updates.
Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of experience as a Dispatcher in the US logistics industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Positive knowledge of dispatch operations, load management, and route planning.
Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software is an advantage.
Candidates with a Freight Brokerage background are also encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹18,111.58 - ₹25,614.78 per month
