Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst with solid expertise in data analysis, business requirements gathering, and product solutioning. The ideal candidate should possess a solid technical background, excellent stakeholder management skills, and experience working across data platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and cloud-based environments. The role requires end-to-end involvement in the product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to UAT and deployment support.

Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
Prepare detailed project documentation including BRD, FRD, SRS, TSP, data flow diagrams, and data mapping documents.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, product teams, developers, and QA teams to deliver effective solutions.
Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making.
Define product workflows, integration strategies, and solution designs.




Participate in requirement elicitation, solutioning, testing strategy planning, UAT, and implementation activities.
Work closely with cloud data platforms, ERP/CRM systems, and big data settings.
Lead discussions with cross-functional teams and ensure timely project delivery.
Support product enhancements and continuous process improvements.

Technical Skills Required
Advanced SQL (Window Functions, Complex Queries, Stored Procedures, Performance Tuning)
Python
JIRA
Apache Airflow
Cloud SQL Platforms: BigQuery, AWS, Azure SQL, SQL Server, etc.
CRM/ERP Systems: Salesforce, SAP, or similar platforms
Robust proficiency in MS Office and documentation tools
