Generate recent export business through LinkedIn, B2B portals, email marketing, cold calling, trade data, and exhibitions.
Develop and manage overseas distributors, importers, OEMs, wholesalers, and industrial customers.
Handle export inquiries, prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into orders.
Achieve monthly and annual export sales targets.
Build strong relationships with international customers through regular follow-ups.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and documentation teams for smooth order execution.
Monitor shipments, payment collections, and ensure timely delivery.
Maintain CRM records and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Conduct market research to identify recent opportunities, target markets, and competitor activities.
Represent the company at international exhibitions, virtual meetings, and customer visits.
Travel domestically and internationally for business development activities.
