About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and highly connected
Head of Sales
to lead our nationwide sales operations for STEM, Robotics, AI, and IoT Lab solutions for schools. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, leading, and scaling a high-performing sales team across India while driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships with educational institutions.

This role requires extensive travel across India and occasional international travel. The candidate should possess solid school network connections, leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of handling large sales teams and achieving ambitious revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales
Drive sales of STEM, Robotics, AI,



and IoT Labs to schools across India.
Identify, qualify, and convert prospective schools and educational institutions.
Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
Generate high-value business prospects for lab installations.

Market Research & Expansion
Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competition, and growth opportunities.
Visit schools and educational institutions to understand requirements and build relationships.
Expand the company's footprint across current regions and international markets.

Team Leadership
Build, train, mentor, and manage a Pan-India sales team.
Scale and lead a team of up to
100 sales professionals

Monitor team performance, set KPIs, and ensure target achievement.
Establish a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance.

Revenue & Target Management
Own and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
