We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse & Operations Qualified to manage inventory, logistics, and day-to-day warehouse operations for skincare, cosmetics, and beauty products. The role ensures productive stock handling, order fulfillment, and compliance with quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatch.
Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock reconciliation.
Handle inward and outward logistics, order processing, and timely deliveries.
Ensure proper storage conditions for skincare and cosmetic products (temperature, hygiene, safety).
Monitor product quality, shelf life, and batch tracking.
Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams.
Implement SOPs for warehouse processes and improve operational efficiency.
Manage packaging, labeling, and compliance requirements.
Supervise warehouse staff and ensure productivity and discipline.
Ensure adherence to safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards.
Prepare reports on inventory, dispatch, and operational performance.
