You'll be the human engine behind every transaction on Alvoff.AI. You'll guide buyers through raising quality RFQs, bring new suppliers onto the platform, chase quotations, and drive deals through to completion. When a buyer raises a request, you're the person who makes sure it doesn't just sit there — it turns into a real, closed transaction.

No prior experience needed — we train you fully. We're looking for sharp, organised people who like talking to others, chasing loose ends, and getting things done.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Help buyers create explicit, complete RFQs

so suppliers can quote accurately
Identify, reach out to, and onboard new suppliers

onto the platform
Follow up with suppliers

to secure timely, competitive quotations
Coordinate between buyers and suppliers

to close deals and see transactions through to completion
Keep platform data clean

— supplier details, quotes,



and deal status always up to date
Spot friction

in the buying and selling process and flag ideas to improve it
