Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive, execution-focused Admin & Facility Manager to lead our administration and facility management function. The incumbent will own end-to-end administrative operations, office infrastructure, workplace experience, and vendor management across multiple locations in India. This role calls for solid commercial acumen, hands-on vendor negotiation skills, and the ability to independently drive office expansion projects while maintaining world-class workplace standards.

Key Responsibilities

Office Setup & Infrastructure
Lead scouting, evaluation, commercial negotiation, leasing, and setup of current office spaces across India.
Manage infrastructure including electrical systems, HVAC, UPS, DG sets, plumbing, networking coordination,



furniture, utilities, and preventive maintenance.
Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) — renewals, service schedules, SLA adherence, vendor performance, and cost optimization.

Facility & Workplace Operations
Run day-to-day administration and facility operations across all locations, ensuring business continuity and a robust workplace experience.
Oversee housekeeping to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and workplace aesthetics across offices.
Manage employee transportation and cab operations, including vendor coordination, safety, and cost efficiency.
Supervise cafeteria and food services for hygiene, quality, vendor compliance, and employee satisfaction.

Travel, Security & Compliance
Coordinate domestic and international travel — flights, hotels, visas, policy adherence, and vendor negotiation.
