IT Support Engineer (L1) Job Highlights
Provide first-level IT support for desktops, laptops, printers, MS Outlook, and end-user issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, Windows OS, and Microsoft 365.
Support LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, network devices, and IT infrastructure.
Manage user onboarding/offboarding, Active Directory, and email account setup.
Coordinate with vendors for AMC, warranty, and IT asset management.
Ensure timely ticket resolution while maintaining IT documentation and SLA compliance.
Experience: 2–5 Years
