Production Manager / Production Engineer – Dish Ends Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and monitor daily production activities for Dish Ends manufacturing.
Manage Hot Pressing, Cold Forming, Spinning, Flanging, Heat Treatment, Grinding, and Finishing operations.
Ensure achievement of production targets with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Maintain product quality as per ASME, IBR, customer drawings, and approved procedures.
Coordinate with Planning, Quality, Maintenance, Purchase, and Dispatch departments.
Monitor productivity, rejection, rework, OEE, and machine efficiency.
Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and quality management systems.
Lead and develop production supervisors, engineers, and shop-floor workforce.

Candidate Profile
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.




Production Engineer: 3–6 years of experience.
Production Manager: 8–15 years of experience.
Experience in Dish Ends, Pressure Vessel, Heavy Fabrication, Metal Forming, Steel Processing, or Process Equipment Manufacturing.
Robust knowledge of hydraulic presses, spinning machines, plate forming, fabrication processes, welding coordination, production planning, and shop-floor management.
Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills are essential.
