Job Summary:

An experienced and skilled Food and Beverage Sales In-Charge to oversee all aspects of meal preparation, presentation, Revenue Optimization and service in our hospital's food and beverage department. Directly responsible for managing a team of cooks and stewards, ensuring high standards of quality, sanitation, and customer satisfaction. This role leads to robust leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and generating revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Food and Beverage Sales:
Focus is to increase revenue with expertise & Increase sales

-Planning and execution of Revenue generated points
Oversee all aspects of meal preparation, presentation, distribution, serving periods, and compliance with sanitation standards.
Ensure optimal area presentation, organization, cleanliness, sequence of service, production workflow, revenue management, cost allocation, administrative tasks, and staff training.
Conduct regular equipment reviews, audits, and inventory management, including reporting and ordering processes for operational equipment and maintenance updates.
