Urban Wood is looking for a passionate and results-driven
Sales Executive
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to convert inquiries into successful sales. Experience in furniture, home décor, interior design, or retail sales is preferred.

As a Sales Executive, you will assist customers in selecting the right furniture, understand their requirements, explain customization options, and ensure an exceptional buying experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, website leads, and walk-in customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable furniture products.
Promote customized furniture solutions based on customer needs.
Follow up with leads generated through Meta Ads, Google Ads, and the website.
Prepare and share quotations with customers.
Coordinate with the design and production teams for customized orders.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales in the CRM.




Build long-term relationships with customers to generate repeat business.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly.
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, offers, and industry trends.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome.
1–3 years of experience in sales, retail, furniture, home décor, or interior design will be an advantage.
