Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lead Generation Executive to support our US Staffing team by identifying and generating recent business opportunities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for researching and building a database of Direct Clients, MSPs (Managed Service Providers), Implementation Partners, and Tier-1 Vendors across the US market.

Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential Direct Clients, MSPs, Implementation Partners, and Tier-1 Vendors in the US Staffing industry.
Generate qualified B2B leads through LinkedIn, Google, company websites, job boards, and other online platforms.
Build and maintain a database of prospective clients with accurate contact details.
Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calling to introduce the company's staffing services.




Schedule meetings and appointments for the Business Development team.
Maintain and update CRM with lead status and communication history.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
Collaborate with the Sales, Recruitment, and Business Development teams to support client acquisition.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Strong internet research and data mining abilities.
Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Lusha, or similar lead generation tools is an advantage.
Basic understanding of the US Staffing industry is preferred.
Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a target-driven workplace.
