Qualifications
Education: Bachelors/master’s in ECE / aerospace engineering, Systems Engineering, or related field.
Experience: 8–12 years in aerospace V&V;, with at least 3–5 years in project/program management.
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of safetycritical compliance standards (DO178C, DO254, ARP4754A).
Experience with platformlevel V&V; (not just applicationlevel).
Familiarity with AIdriven testing, automation frameworks, and digital twin settings.
Skills:
Proven leadership in managing complex, multistakeholder projects.
Excellent communication—concise, skilled, executiveready.
Robust analytical and risk management capabilities.
