Job Title: Pre-Primary Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Pre-Primary Coordinator is responsible for leading the pre-primary section by ensuring high-quality teaching and learning, effective curriculum implementation, and a nurturing workplace for young learners. The role involves academic leadership, teacher mentoring, parent engagement, and day-to-day operational management aligned with the ICSE curriculum.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor the ICSE pre-primary curriculum.
Mentor, observe, and support teachers to maintain high teaching standards.
Conduct lesson plan reviews, classroom observations, and provide constructive feedback.
Organize teacher training sessions and career development programs.
Ensure age-appropriate, activity-based, and experiential learning practices.
Monitor student development and maintain assessment records.




Build solid relationships with parents through meetings, orientations, and regular communication.
Coordinate school events, celebrations, field trips, and co-curricular activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies, child safety norms, and quality standards.
Collaborate with the Principal and other coordinators to achieve academic and operational goals.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with B.Ed./ECCEd/Montessori or equivalent qualification in Early Childhood Education.

Experience:
5–8 years of teaching experience in a reputed ICSE school.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a leadership or coordinator role in the pre-primary section.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
