Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive with 3–5 years of experience to drive business growth, generate leads, and build solid client relationships. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and generate new business prospects through various channels (LinkedIn, email marketing, cold calling, etc.)
Develop and maintain solid relationships with clients
Conduct market research to identify new trends and customer needs
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to clients
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales
Robust communication and negotiation skills
Experience in lead generation and client handling
Proficiency in CRM tools
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / SaaS industry
Familiarity with email marketing tools and LinkedIn outreach
Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Pay: ₹25,836.97 - ₹70,794.62 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
