Job Description

As a Recovery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recovery operations, ensuring timely collections, minimizing overdue accounts, and leading the recovery team to achieve monthly recovery targets while maintaining positive customer relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Planning, monitoring, and managing branch-wise recovery activities.
- Leading, guiding, and monitoring the performance of the Recovery Executives.
- Visiting customers and handling field recovery activities whenever required.
- Negotiating with defaulting customers and resolving repayment issues professionally.
- Monitoring overdue accounts and preparing daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports.




- Building and maintaining healthy customer relationships while ensuring effective recovery.

Qualification

- Graduation / Post Graduation

Experience

- 3-5 Years of experience in Recovery/Collections,preferably in the NBFC,Banking,Financial service or Microfinance Sector.

Notice Period

- Immediate Joiner or maximum 15 days.
