CNC Machine Setting and Operating (Vertical Milling Machine)
- Skill required for Setting and prove the part in CNC Milling Machines
- Knowledge on Cutting tools
- Knowledge on work holding devices & fixturing
- Skill set required to handle the measuring instruments
- Machining drawing interpretation skill
- Knowledge on GD & T parameters
- Technical Problem Solving / Trouble Shooting
- Basic knowledge on CNC programming
- Rejection control and root cause analysis
Work Experience
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
2 to 4 years’ of experience on CNC Milling machine operation.
Knowledge about AS9100 and Aerospace Raw materials will be an added advantage.
