Tool Need Identification & Assessment "Gather and document tool requirements from business teams

Assess existing tools and recommend improvements where needed"

Tool Governance & Standardization "Support governance framework for tool selection and usage

Maintain documentation for tool standards and access guidelines"

Opportunity Discovery & Optimization "Identify opportunities for tool consolidation and cost savings

Track license usage and flag underutilized software for review"

Demand Validation & Business Alignment "Review tool requests against business needs and usage data

Coordinate with procurement for license renewals and purchases"

Risk & Compliance Management "Monitor compliance with licensing agreements

Support internal audits and maintain compliance documentation"

Stakeholder Collaboration "Coordinate with IT, finance,



and business teams on tool matters

Liaise with vendors for licensing queries and renewals"

Reporting & Continuous Improvement "Prepare periodic reports on tool usage and license status

Maintain accurate records for audit readiness"
