WE ARE HIRING | PROJECT MANAGER – BUILDING CONSTRUCTION (EPC)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 15+ years of experience to lead a large-scale EPC building construction project.

Experience:15+ years, preferably 18–20+ years

Qualification: B.E./ B.Tech Civil Engineering

Preferred: Large-scale / high-rise / multi-storey building & EPC project experience

Key Expertise: RCC & structural works, MEP coordination, HVAC, electrical, fire-fighting, PHE, BMS/ELV, BIM, planning, procurement, QA/QC, safety and project execution.

The candidate must be capable of independently leading:

- Project Engineers
- Construction Managers
- Planning Engineers
- QA/QC Engineers
- Safety Team
- MEP Team
- BIM Team
- Quantity Surveyors
- Procurement Team
- Store Team
- Subcontractors
- Specialist agencies
- Large site workforce.

The candidate should possess solid leadership, communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills and should be capable of working under demanding project schedules.
