About the Role:
We are seeking a highly imaginative and detail-oriented Creative Visualiser for Events & Exhibitions. In this role, you will be responsible for translating event concepts, brand stories, and client briefs into compelling visual narratives, spatial concepts, and graphic design elements that captivate audiences and elevate brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

- Concept & Visualization: Brainstorm, conceptualize, and visualize innovative design themes and spatial environments for events, exhibitions, and brand activations.
- Visual Storytelling: Create mood boards, 2D/3D visual concepts, and layout renders that effectively communicate the vision to clients and internal teams.
- Graphic & Spatial Integration: Ensure seamless integration of branding elements, environmental graphics, and spatial layouts tailored to specific project goals.
- Client & Team Collaboration: Work closely with event planners and production teams to refine designs based on client feedback and practical execution constraints.

Qualifications & RequirementsExperience





- Industry Experience: A minimum of 2 to 4+ years of direct experience working with an Event or Exhibition agency as a Creative Visualiser or Designer.

Required Skills

- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of industry-standard design and rendering tools:
- 3ds Max / V-Ray (or equivalent 3D visualization software)
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe Illustrator (AI)
- CorelDRAW (CDR)
- Other relevant graphic & visual presentation tools

Core Skills:

- Exceptional aesthetic sense, typography skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong project and time management skills to handle tight event deadlines reliably.

Preferred Skills

- Proven track record of working collaboratively with cross-functional teams and managing direct client interactions.
- Ability to quickly adapt and iterate designs following client feedback and production guidelines.

Key Personality Traits

- A strong blend of artistic vision, storytelling capability, and a practical understanding of how creative concepts translate into real-world event execution.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
