About the Role

We are a group of 3 private limited companies looking for a sharp, organised Accounts & Taxation Assistant to independently manage day-to-day accounting and compliance across all three entities. You'll work directly with the promoter in a quick-paced environment, so ownership, accuracy and clear communication matter as much as technical skill.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts across 3 private limited companies
- Prepare and file GST returns and reconciliations
- Support ITR filing and coordinate with the CA/tax consultants
- Raise invoices and track billing accurately and on time
- Manage receivables and follow up on recoveries/outstanding payments
- Handle bank reconciliations, ledgers and routine accounting entries
- Keep records organised and compliance deadlines on track

What We're Looking For





- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accounting and taxation
- Working knowledge of Tally and Zoho Books (must-have)
- Practical exposure to GST returns, ITR filing and invoicing
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-entity work environment

Qualification is flexible — strong hands-on experience with Tally/Zoho Books, GST and ITR filing is what counts.
