Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Travel Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling travel products and services, including holiday packages, flight tickets, hotel bookings, cruises, and travel insurance. You will work directly with clients to understand their travel needs, craft personalized itineraries, and close sales while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Consult with clients to determine their travel preferences, needs, and budgets
- Design and recommend customized travel itineraries and vacation packages
- Promote and sell travel services such as flights, hotels, car rentals, tours, and insurance
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets
- Provide accurate information on travel destinations, products, costs, and availability




- Process bookings and issue travel documents (e.g., tickets, vouchers)
- Follow up with clients to confirm travel arrangements and address post-sale inquiries
- Stay updated on industry trends, destination knowledge, and promotional offers
- Build strong relationships with customers and travel partners
- Handle changes, cancellations, or emergencies in a calm and professional manner
