Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our team on an urgent basis. The candidate will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
- Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information




- Generate leads and follow up on prospects
- Maintain and update customer databases
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi/English/Bengali preferred)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Prior experience in telecalling/sales is an advantage
