Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Associate to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, site visit coordination, follow-ups, client relationship management, and achieving sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.
- Explain project details and pricing to clients.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Generate leads through references and marketing activities.
- Update customer details and sales reports in CRM/Excel.
- Assist clients throughout the booking process.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with the marketing and management team.

Requirements:

- Any Graduate
- Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM.
- Positive attitude and customer handling skills.
- Ability to work on weekends if required.
