Roles & Responsibilities

- Carryout audits assigned as per the approved audit plan in an effective, efficient and timebound manner.
- Evaluate risks and controls, identify control gaps and inadequacies in processes
- Identify opportunities of revenue enhancement and cost optimisation
- Ensure comprehensiveness in audit coverage
- Engage effectively with auditees on audit findings, issuance of audit reports and follow- up of action plan.
- Closing out on audits independently with minimal supervision and review.

Desired candidate profile

Chartered Accountant with





- 3 to 6 years of post-qualification experience in internal audit of a large manufacturing organisation, preferably automobiles and exposure to plant functions.
- Good domain knowledge of manufacturing & supply chain operations as well as understanding of key business processes like O2C, P2P, HR, Payroll, legal compliances, marketing activities etc
- Positive interpersonal, communication, report drafting, presentations and analytical skills.
- SAP Knowledge and practice
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, other Data analytics and auditing tools
- Preference – Candidates with Internal Audit experience in manufacturing sector
