Responsible for monitoring of all orders and dispatches.

Ensuring discipline and adherence to company policies by all team members.

Maintaining 100% stock accuracy & pod acknowledgement is received and verified within tat.

Ensuring complete usage of WMS & TMS applications within agreed timelines.

Responsible for conducting activity audits, identifying risks involved in operations, and sharing reports with superiors.Responsible for training team members.

Responsible for implementation of revised or new QMS processesResponsible for monthly vendor evaluation.Responsible for achievement of EHS objectives, compliance & statutory matters as per guideline.

Responsible to record every Non-Conformities in NC log as well as every service complaint in complaint log and develop appropriate CAPA for same.

Responsible for ensuring record keeping as per SOP : control of recordsResponsible for Handling Petty Cash & on time reconciliation with accounts

TeamLiasoning & coordinating with the principal company / customers / internal team for all operational and administrative matter of the depot & document all in MOM.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
