Job Summary

JD For Electrical Design Engineering.
Experience Level: 4 to 15 Years.
Educational Qualification: BE/BTech/ME/MTech in Electrical & Electronics/ Electronics & Communication / Electrical Engineering/ Instrumentation Engineering.

Description of Required Skills:
1.Prefernce will be given to the candidates having experience in Design Engineering as well as Assembly Interface, Installation and commissioning knowledge who are worked in the manufacturing companies Like CNC and Special Purpose Machineries, Industrial Automations, SEMI Domain Core Designs (Not Just with Harness/ Schematics Designs).
2.Expertise in PLC/CNC/Other OEM specific Control systems with having excellent Knowledge about Analog & Digital I/Os., SCADA, HMI, LABVIEW, MATLAB.
3.Having Good knowledge in Temperature controllers Like Micro fusion, Watlow, Eurotherm- selections, functional understand.
4.Expertise knowledge in Servo Control systems, VFD, Motion control feedback system.
5.Expertise knowledge on Industrial Transducers and Sensors
6.Expertise in Power Distribution/Control Panel Designs
7.Compulsorily Hands-on experience with at least 2 Electrical CAD Tools Like E3s, E-Plan, Creo, AutoCAD Electrical, Autodesk Inventor, Solid Works Etc. (Preference will be given to E3s expertise candidate) for Schematics, Cable Harness, PD panel Designs.
8.Valuable Hands-on experience in Selection of Electrical & Electronics Components Like Switch Gears,



Control Actuators, Power supplies, Industrial transducers, Industrial Sensors, Servo Drives, VF Drives, Servo Motors, Heaters, Induction Motors, Control Systems, PD Enclosures, Cables, Connectors and its accessories, temperature Controllers as Per Global Standards Like UL, NFPA 79, NEMA Etc.
9.Good Knowledge in Electrical Basic Fundamentals Like EMC, EMI, Earthing, Grounding.
10.Expertise in Electrical Load and Heat Load calculations for Power Distribution Panel Designs.
11.Expertise in Class 3 cable routing with UG&NX; or Creo or Solid Works will be an added advantage.
12.Hands on experience/Basic knowledge with Pneumatic/Hydraulic Circuits is compulsory. 13.Good in Communication and Presentation Skills.
NOTE: - Candidates Just work with CAD Tool Knowledge for Schematics/cable harness/PD designs will not be suitable, and candidates Just worked for PD/Control Panel Design Industries will not be Suitable.
