1. Monitor and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project execution.

2. Inspect construction activities and ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

3. Conduct inspections and quality checks for incoming materials, work-in-progress, and completed works.

4. Verify the quality of materials such as cement, steel, concrete, aggregates, blocks, and other construction materials.

5. Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients regarding quality-related matters.

6. Prepare and maintain Inspection Requests (IR), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and quality records.

7. Conduct necessary field inspections and coordinate with laboratories for material and concrete testing.

8. Monitor concrete works, including slump tests, cube tests, pouring records, and curing procedures.

9. Ensure all construction activities comply with relevant IS codes, project specifications, and approved method statements.

10. Identify quality issues and coordinate with the concerned team for corrective and preventive actions.

11. Prepare and maintain Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and ensure timely closure of quality observations.

12. Maintain proper documentation of test reports, inspection reports, material approvals, and quality records.

13. Coordinate with the client/consultant during inspections and address quality-related observations.





14. Monitor the implementation of approved Method Statements, ITPs, and Quality Assurance procedures at site.

15. Conduct regular site quality inspections and report deviations to the Project Manager / QA-QC Manager.

16. Ensure proper testing and approval of materials before they are used in construction activities.

17. Participate in internal quality audits and support continuous improvement of construction quality.

18. Maintain daily and monthly quality reports and submit them to the concerned management.

19. Ensure compliance with project-specific Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures.

20. Follow up with site teams to ensure timely rectification and closure of all quality-related issues.

Required Skills:

* Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

* Experience in Civil Construction / Infrastructure Projects

* Good knowledge of construction materials and testing procedures

* Knowledge of IS Codes, drawings, specifications, and quality standards

* Positive documentation and reporting skills

* Ability to coordinate with site teams, clients, and consultants

* Knowledge of MS Office

* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Experience: 3–5 years preferred

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
