Job Title: Field Sales Executive
Location: 22 Godam, Jaipur
Experience Required: 6 Months – 2 Years
Salary: ₹23,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about sales, confident in meeting clients, and capable of generating recent business opportunities. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets while representing the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential customers and businesses to promote the company's products and services.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct product presentations and explain product features effectively.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.




- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful sales.
- Collect market intelligence and monitor competitor activities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and daily reports.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)

Experience:

- 6 Months – 2 Years in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Business Development, or a similar role.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Target-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Good customer relationship management skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and mobile applications.
- Ability to work independently and manage field visits efficiently.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
