As an HR Coordinator Intern, you'll work closely with our recruitment and HR team on candidate coordination, interview scheduling, hiring support, documentation, onboarding activities, HR trackers, and day-to-day recruitment operations.

If you're serious about building a career in HR, Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations, this internship will help you develop practical skills from Day 1.

What You'll Be Doing

Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and recruiters
Conduct initial candidate calls and collect required information
Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri & other job portals
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers & daily reports
Follow up with candidates regarding interviews, selections & joining
Assist with offer and onboarding coordination
Collect and maintain candidate documents
Coordinate between recruiters, candidates and internal teams
Support live hiring requirements across IT & ITES industries
Assist with day-to-day HR & recruitment operations
Learn the complete recruitment and candidate coordination process

Performance-Based Earnings

Fixed Stipend : 5000-6000 Per Month

Eligibility

- Female Freshers / Experienced Candidates

- Strong interest in HR, Recruitment & Coordination
- Good Communication & Interpersonal Skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets preferred
- Organized and detail-oriented approach
