Develop and manage dealer/distributor network
Generate current business and achieve sales targets
Build relationships with architects,contractors and channel partners
Conduct market visits & monitor competitor activities
Ensure timely payment collections
Required Candidate profile
Experience in laminate,plywood or building materials
Strong channel sales & dealer management exp.
Good communication & negotiation skills
Willing to travel across the assigned territory
