About the Role

Magic Paints is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer to expand our market presence in Ambikapur. We welcome freshers who are eager to build a career in sales. Candidates with 12 years of experience in the paint industry or any relevant industry (Building Materials, Hardware, Cement, Tiles, Plywood, Electricals, FMCG, etc.) are also encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
- Appoint and develop new dealers/distributors in the assigned territory.
- Maintain robust relationships with existing dealers and customers.
- Collect orders and ensure timely order processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth product supply.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and collections.




- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit activity updates.

Eligibility

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 1–2 years of sales experience in the paint industry or any relevant industry will be preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license will be preferred.
