We are an automation/technology company. We require Bio Medical/Electrical/Service Engineer for our existing sites Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh (Total Vacant:01).

Job Responsibilities

1. 24X7 online client support

2. Resolving system issue, co-ordinate with the relevant person and make service report

3. co-ordination with the on site team during system commissioning

4. License management of vahiny clients

5. Tracking and management of AMC/CMC of the client

6. Tracking and management of preventive maintenance of the client

7. Spare parts and purchase

8. Daily system health update

Requirements

1. Electrical/EC Engineer/Bio Medical

2. Positive understanding of electronics and system software

3. Basic understanding of automation system

4. Fluent language proficiency of : English and Hindi

5. 2 month of mandatory training at vahiny office : Anand (in case of WFH/remote job)

6. Laptop or desktop system must be arrange by employeeEducation and Qualifications

7. Having a minimum 1 year of experience
