Job Summary

FOID is looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day business operations and ensure smooth coordination between Design, Production, Procurement, Projects, Site, Showroom and Administration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an interior design, architecture, construction or related organisation, with strong skills in planning, coordination, execution and process management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and monitor day-to-day operations across departments.
- Coordinate between Design, Production, Procurement, Projects, Site and Showroom teams to ensure smooth workflow.
- Track project and operational timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, delays and process gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, checklists and operational processes.
- Monitor manpower, resources and productivity across operations.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors and external agencies as required.
- Ensure timely availability of materials, production requirements and site resources.
- Monitor operational costs and support management in improving efficiency and cost control.
- Prepare and maintain MIS, dashboards and operational reports for management.
- Ensure proper documentation, communication and follow-up across teams.
- Handle operational issues and escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Support implementation of systems, processes and technology to improve operational efficiency.




- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards and operational procedures.
- Work closely with management to improve accountability, discipline, ownership and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or a related field.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in Operations, Project Operations or a similar role.
- Prior experience in an Interior Design, Architecture, Construction or related firm is preferred.
- Experience coordinating multiple teams, projects, vendors and operational functions.
- Good understanding of interior/project execution workflows will be an advantage.
