- Identify and approach potential customers to generate current business.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and demonstrations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers.
- Negotiate with clients and close deals within company guidelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Follow up consistently with leads and prospects to improve conversion.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual individual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7–615years of experience in sales/business development.
- Strong lead-generation and client-conversion skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Confident in meeting and speaking with clients.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
- Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings, if required.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
