- Set quality metrics for all production phases.
- Inspect raw materials and finished goods for flaws.
- Monitor the production cycle to catch errors early.
- Update the Quality Management System with defect data.
- Conduct regular audits based on ISO 9001 standards.
- Find root causes of technical issues and suggest fixes.
- Build testing procedures to check product durability.
- Write performance reports on malfunctions and fixes.
- Train internal teams on quality tools and best practices.
- Partner with vendors to review material standards
Requirements & Qualifications
- Degree /Diploma in Engineering, Quality, or an identical field.
- Experience: 2 to 5 years of working experience in quality control or quality engineering.
- Certifications:
Preferred ASQ (American Society for Quality) or Six Sigma certification.
- Standards: Deep knowledge of ISO 9001 compliance standards.
- Tools: Solid experience with technical blueprints and data tracking software
- High attention to detail to spot minor production errors.
- Critical thinking to fix system bottlenecks quickly.
- Clear communication to explain technical issues to non-technical staff.
- Data analysis to study defect trends and process capability
